Freeze-Dried Rose Petals

At Memory Lane Flowers we also specialise in gorgeous freeze-dried rose petals.

These are ideal for tossing, decorating tables, scattering on the aisle at garden weddings and for little

flower girls to sprinkle from a basket ahead of the bride on her way to meet the groom.  They can also be

placed in cones and arranged in a basket at the door of the church, one for each couple to shower on the newlyweds.

Why use our freeze-dried rose petals?

  • They can be purchased ahead of time and stored for weeks or even months prior to the wedding.

  • The colours will not leach from the petals and therefore will not stain your wedding gown, seat covers, tablecloths even when wet. (rain, drinks etc.)

  • The petals will break down into a mulch after the event, particularly if they are thrown outside, or they can be gathered up and put on the garden if they have been scattered indoors. They are no different to leaves and make ideal compost.  Very environmentally friendly!

  • They are extremely light and will fall beautifully if being scattered or thrown.

  • Your photographer  and video operator can capture some wonderful scenes with  pretty petals floating down around you..

  • Our freeze-dried petals can be supplied in your choice of colour mix.  Orders should be placed ahead of time to enable us to obtain your requirements

  • Most churches, reception centres and parks will allow the use of freeze dried rose petals, but you should always check before the event.
